This velvet cocoa cookie encompasses fresh pitted cherries that are soaked in Mele, Maui Wine’s Red Wine, for several months.
When the fresh cherries are ready... we add them to a molten black cherry dark cocoa cookie and top with chocolate drizzle and a blood orange reduction.
